Hi all,
I ported a number to Vodafone yesterday. Once I had received an email confirming the port had completed, I requested an eSIM. The process seemed to work fine and my physical SIM got deactivated, however I have not received my eSIM. As the number is my main number which is used for 2 factor authentication and other important things, this is quite a problem!
Are there representatives of Vodafone in this community who can help me get this resolved ASAP?

According to Vodafone chat, the QR code system for installing eSIMs is not working.

Try having a word with the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM. Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
Unfortunately account access isn't available via the Vodafone Community Forum.

I've got it sorted now. It took some effort and 3 different people though!
