esim not arrived

hello, I did a sim swap to try out esim but I haven't received the QR code email. my old sim was already disconnected and I haven't heard anything since then has anyone had similar issues?

I have, tried contacting support but they said wait 24 hours as it’s still being processed. It’s more than 24 hours now

Live Chat or 191 or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries should be able to get the qr code emailed @Dandan24
