iPhone 13 pro max 1tb delayed

Hello guys 

So I I ordered my iPhone 13 pro max 1tb silver on the 23rd of October, I have been tracking it on the Vodafone order tracker it's gone from 6 to 7 weeks to then 3 to 4 weeks, then 1 to 2 weeks and today it updated me saying it will be delivered on the 22nd of November. My question is how accurate is this order tracker? Or does it give everyone the same answer for the same date we ordered? What I mean is, is there someone in Vodafone who checks the stock then updates it manually or is it automated? The real question is will I actually get my phone on the 22nd of November?! I have waited ages now signed the credit agreement on the 23rd of October. My phone is broken so I am in desperate need for this phone. Anyone else ordered their iPhone 13 pro max 1tb around the 23rd of October and have received theirs? Or if not what date is the estimated delivery for you guys ? Many thanks for any answers

Hi buddy I have  been waiting for a manual pick up now for 3 days and still not dispatched its driving me up the wall because if it's not dispatched today we wont get it until monday because they dont deliver Saturdays. I have a call back at 1PM from the resolution team so I will update you buddy. Apparently this has happened to loads of people not just us but it's still an absolute joke for a multi million pounds company to get someone so simple right. It's not dpd its vodphone not informing dpd to pick up our handsets.. anyway hope you hear something soon buddy

Hiya any update on your dispatch? Mine is still order confirmed and no call back from the resolution team starting to lose my patience more Isl may cancel as its causing me stress x

hi love nope been to complaints team twice they said its been manually picked today nearly closing time i think and still on open order but i have just claimed on a lost phone being despached tomorrow i dont know what to do if it hasnt gone today wont be sent out for delivery until monday i doubt it will b resolved tomorrow also did you get a text two days ago saying the order have been delayed and will be out with you in 2 days well its been more than the two days now ive waited over a week tomorrow usually get a phone next day if ordered before 10 pm so whats the delay now im wondering x

Hiya mate.

So I have spoken to the complaints team 3 times today and they said its definitely being dispatched tonight and get it for tomorrow I will believe it when I see it! As so many false promises in the past. I am now waiting for an email from dpd to say it's been dispatched until we get that email we dont know if it been picked up by dpd. Hopefully they did mine and yours the Same time as it looks like we have been given the same info I got the manager to call the warehouse manager and he confirmed it Is going out tonight with dpd so let's hope it gets done else I will be very upset as all I have done is ring ring ring vodphone. Let me know if you get any email from.dpd and I will do the same with you fingers crossed it's all moving forward x

hi love they spoke to the ware house for me to yesterday and told me it would be despached last night today spoke to the same again contacted the warehose and said it will be tonight like you until we get that email im not gonna be abe to believe a word they say i have a bloody headach with it and im unsure what i believe any more lets see if we have an up date later on x

It changed on the 19th from back order to confirmed I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max on the 24th October this is really appalling

I need also told the delays are due to back Friday surely we order our handsets before Black Friday so what has that got to do with the order

Same as me then hun its obviously for all of us as mine changed on the 17th but should if been dispatched on the 19th I have ordered the iPhone 13 pro max 1TB let's wait and see it's really annoying because all it takes is for dpd to collect it from the warehouse it's just them being slow hopefully we will hear something soon

I have been told the order was made the wrong way and there was no pick code so I have to cancel the order and create a new one

Hi when did they tell you this ? That is an absolute joke I bet mine is the same then. However they said my order was stuck ie no pick code so I requested it to be manually picked by the specialised team I have been waiting 3 days now for this I may cancel and order the iphone 13 pro 1tb that can come tomorrow if orderd by 10pm but I really wanted the iphone 13 pro max who told you this anyway ?.
