myVodafone app > VeryMe section error 2601 [ANDROID]

I installed the myVodafone app ages ago, but never really went to the VeryMe section, now that I heard in the last couple week about an offer that is interesting to me i tried to access the very me section of the app but it doesn't work.

Gives error 2601, saying retry or nevermind. I have since tried uninstalling and reinstalling app from google playstore, as well as using the reset app from within the myvodafone app settings. any ideas?
