Unable to set up mobile data on smart watch

I've just got a Samsung galaxy watch 4 through Vodafone with the one number activation included. 

When I go to log in to the one number account to set up the mobile data it keeps saying 'an unexpected error has happened'

Also when i check my vodafone account the number linked to the one account for the watch is different to my mobile number, is that normal?

Hi @carlyc87 👋 I know how important it is to stay connected! So we can go through some steps with you to get everything up and running, please come and have a chat with us over social media. 

The OneNumber service does show as another mobile number on the bill, so don't be alarmed by the two services showing 🙂
