i had two billing profiles and on my second billing profile i transferred the number over to my mum (transfer of ownership).
The transfer has now happened and now my second billing profile has gone (as there are no active numbers on there). On that billing profile i had made an over payment of £150 - where has this money gone as its not in my original billing profile or hasn't been transferred back to me?
