I lost my phone on Monday. I have replaced both phone and sim. All seems ok with regards to internet etc but i get the above message when i try to phone a landline

It sounds like you still have a restriction on your account that needs to be removed. Speak to Vodafone through Customer Service channels. Alternatively, contact the Social Team here: Contact Us
