samsung A51 5G back order and Promo offer

morning i upgraded my plan as it was coming to an end, this was done on the 3rd November 2020 i went for a Samsung A51 5G this also came with an offer to redeem a free Speaker from samsung the phone is still on back order ( im not to fussed as i have my current phone still) however the offer for the speaker says that it needs to be redeemed within 30 days of the order , i cant redeem this as it wants the phones IME number and of course i dont have the phone. if for some reason the phone is not here shortly will vodafone assist with the claiming of the speaker? the offer only ends at the end of the month but it states it must be redeemed within 30 days of the purchase - also when will the phone be in stock lol

Hi @sgreen1407 We don't have an update on your device delivery as of yet, but we're working hard with the manufacturers to get these out as quickly as possible. As soon as we've got an update here, we'll let you know. In regards to the speaker offer, if you wish this offer as a result of the delivery delay, I'd recommend contacting our Social Media team here.  They'll be able to assist you in this.
