I'm on holidays in Thailand, roaming with a Irish vodafone sim. Up to a few days ago it worked perfectly but yesterday it stopped working https://omegle.onl/.
Any time I try to make a call I hear a thai recorded message saying "you have dialled the wrong number" or something.
All my bills are up to date and I spent about an hour last night chatting with a vodafone rep , who assured me that he knew what the issue is and "it would be fixed in 3 minutes", and to "rest assured" etc. He told me to turn my phone off and on again and try to make a call. When that didn't work he asked me to turn off automatic network selection then turn it on again. When that didn't work I tried putting the SIM in another phone. That didn't work either.
Eventually he escalated the case and told me somebody would contact me.
Does anybody have issues roaming with vodafone specifically in Bangkok? All my bills are up to date, and I've been a vodafone customer for several years. I expect more.

Have you tried manually selecting another Thai Network just incase the one your latched to js experiencing issues @manihatan
Your Vodafone Customer Support Team via phone, Live Chat or if supported via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM will be able to log into your account to check things on that side.
You may need to just use any available Wi-Fi and call that way via WhatsApp or Facebook messenger etc in the interim or consider using a local sim card if your phone is unlocked to all Network's so at least your connected.
Unfortunately the Vodafone UK Team here wouldn't be able to access your particular account.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎
