Hi,
Having had a 2nd number on my account for my son, he's now graduated and started work so he has got a Voxi sim.
He'd like to retain his number so I got a PAC code but that didn't work.
He has spoken to Voxi and they asked me to speak to them as I'm the account holder.
When I contacted them today they verified my Vodafone account but then sent a security code to the Vodafone number that my son has, he's living in London I'm in Berkshire. They wouldn't send a code to my phone number on the same Vodafone account.
Any ideas how this can be solved as we are unlikely to be in the same place any time soon.

It sounds like you need to complete a change of ownership for the number @dee66 to your Son's name, when this has been completed, your Son will have control over the number in his name and will be able to transfer the number to Voxi. This is completed here: Transfer of Ownership
The other way is to port out the number your Son wants to use on PAYG to any other network, this will end the contract and your Son will be able to use a PAC from the other network and port in on his Voxi SIM.
The only thing to be concerned about is the contract you have, depending on the contract you have there may be some early termination charges to pay.
