i have 2 mobiles, i was getting unwanted calls on one so asked to change the number "sure no problem" was the reply......
9 days later despite daily calls being told i have to wait 24hrs, being passed from one manager to another, visit to store and had a new sim, still no working mobile, now to top it off today i get an email to say welcome to your new plan...... 2gb data gone from 25gb, cost £100 per month up from £45...
what the hell is going on at Vodaphone, i just want to cancel the whole account and go to someone else , what servive after being a customer for years..... never again

I hope the agent hasn't opened up a 2nd line for you, instead of following your instructions to change your mobile number !
It's imperative you catch this before the 14 day cooling off period to get this resolved if so.
Speak with customer service's on 191 or Live Chat to get this resolved now please.
Even if it's Vodafone's fault after 14 days this can be a difficult road to resolve.
