Hy i order a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 256GB Phantom Pink  but  i want a ultra one  how can i switch / cancel the order befor to despach ?!

Hi @MadalinP 

 

You will need to contact Vodafone Customer services to cancel the chosen phone and then will have to raise a new order for your now preferred model of choice.

Call 191 or use 0333 3040191 or 0808 0408408 , or engage with an agent through Live Chat.

Alternatively you can do a non like-for-like swap after the handset is delivered. Call up 191 and let them know you would like to change the handset and that you're within the 14 days.

 

There's usually a charge for it but as the stores are closed at the moment Vodafone are waiving the charge (£8.50 iirc)
