Yes, I've tried it on various devices, PC, Android etc. and also different browsers. I've cleared the app cache on android and ever deleted the app and reinstalled it at one point.

I’m having the exact same issue, Vodafone support won’t help me. I tried using your link to contact your social media team but the button is greyed out. Can someone help me please?

If you want to use social media to contact the team, you will need to use your social media accounts. (if you have them), there is no direct link.
As per the post linked earlier:
"If you have an account specific query on the Community, we’ll ask you to message our team via Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or Instagram."
