How to unlocked used corporate phone

Bought a hawei p30 pro second hand it's locked to Vodafone , took it to a shop who a week later told me they can't unlocked it because it's a corporate phone or something , I've purchased a pay as you go SIM card today to use temporarily , how do I get Vodafone to unlock my phone is there a number I need to ring

Use the sim card in the phone for a few days making calls etc and then fill out the unlock-code-request form using your new Vodafone Payg account details.

There isn't a number you can ring to get this actioned. 

Vodafone will unlock it as long as the phone isn't blacklisted @05hudsond
