Help please, Vodaphone told me that my phone is not locked yet I can't unlock my Sky Mobile SIM because they say that I need the NUC and the Master unlock code from Vodafone.
I am going around in circles here. Please will someone at vodaphone give me these codes. I cannot ring up as my phone wont work!

Hi, I keep trying to get this code however every time I click to confirm my email address in the email you send me I get this message:
Sorry there was an error, please try again.
It looks like this entry has already been verified.
I need an unlock code, will someone please send it to me because I have tried all the suggested ways of getting one.

Was the phone supplied directly by Vodafone UK to you ?
And what does it say when you try to insert your Sky Sim card ?
Are you using a Samsung phone @Alibags64 as these sometimes need this Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code.
The Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter or Facebook can help with this and a Nuc.
Vodafone are now suppling phones that are unlocked to be inline e with ofcoms ruling from December 2021 that all phones need to be supplied as unlocked.
