MCK not NUC

t want to unlock my Galaxy A50 device.  It seems I have entered an NUC incorrectly too many times, and consequently require an MCK.

So far, I haver not been able to ascertain how I go about obtaining one of these, so would be most grateful if someone could assist with this please?

If your phone is hardlocked due to too many Nuc entries then the counter will need resetting via Vodafone sending the phone away @chrisr2911 

A MCK is a code that is sometimes required as well as a Nuc to unlock a Samsung phone.

Using a MCK won't reset the counter that now needs resetting.
