I'm waiting for NUC code from the 3rd of March. First I've received a message that it can take up to 10 working days to get it, so I've waited. After 10 days I called Vodafone and spoke to the person named Omar, he asked me to wait another two days. After two days I called again and this time spoke to another person, he just gave me e-mail address of the NUC Resolutions Team and asked to contact them directly. So I sent them an e-mail, but do not know when and if they will reply. How long should I wait for an answer and what to do if I don't get one?

Are you at the wind up! The Snr complaints handlers told me this on Saturday. How can an ex customer of 2 years not meet the criteria for a Nuc code. Your company are turning into a ##~## insult! When will you sort this or replace my hand set I have paid for. All I get from Vodafone is it's not your ##~## fault. I will provide my contact details if someone would like to try sort this out.

I am having problem with unlocking my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Each time a request is submitted I get a denial email stating Problem with request and that my SIM has to be used on the device for over 30 days before an unlock can happen. The SIM was used on the deice on the 7th May 2020 for the first time and has since been used on the device. I have had 3 unlock requests put through today on the 10th June 2020 which is defenitely more than 30 days from the 7th May 2020 and rejected each time. When I call the advisor tells me that all he can do was submit the same NUC request form all over again. Is this some kind of a joke?

Go to an Apple unlock specialist and pay them to do it. Gave up with Vodafone, they don’t give a ##~##. There complaints handler told they would phone me back within 48 hrs, that was 3 months ago. Some shops won’t touch Vodafone handsets as it to much hassle. Mine took 5 weeks to get unlocked from the shop.

@ssnichani If you've already received an NUC that hasn't worked, please click here and speak to an agent via social media.
If you provide them with the IMEI of the device and the NUC that hasn't worked, they can raise a NUC query form and you'll be emailed with an alternative NUC within 10 working days 🙂
