The problems was already escalated to NUC team but their incompetence is maybe on purpose

I reached Vodafone on twitter but after I explained the issue no one is responding anymore. The next step is a complaint

Has anyone got back to you via Twitter yet? As this is an account based query, it will need to be resolved by the social media team or webchat. If nobody has replied, it's just due to being super busy at the moment, you can always try popping another message over or using webchat here

Oh I feel your pain. I am now going through exactly the same agony of trying to unlock my Samsung S9+. What scares me is that regardless of who I speak to at Vodafone, no one seems to know how to resolve the problem. You have to repeat the same explanation at to what you have done, what screens you see, and repeating the same pleas for help. And regarding your statement about support stating they will obtain the correct code and come back to me but never do...so, so true. I am SOOOO frustrated, and don't get me started on the Vodafone Twitter account responses, truly amateurish.
I know I am only a single user, but with this type of experience, where is the attraction in sticking with Vodafone?

@itsamishmash When you contacted our Twitter team, did they explain why they were unable to obtain your NUC or master unlock code?

Made a profile just to highlight how little training your staff have on MCK. The amount of deflection I have received is terrible, I only got somewhere after insisting that they read the forum. They need to understand that both NUC and MCK are obtainable through Vodafone. This was a nightmare. I'll try and update in 48h when MCK should be emailed to me

Hey @Darreltm I'm sorry to hear there's been a problem requesting your MCK. You're right, we can request this from your phone manufacturer on your behalf. When we make these, it can take up to 10 working days for the code to be received. It sounds like you've got somebody looking into this for you.
