Vodaphone won’t unlock my iPhone 6 Plus

They keep saying that the IMEI was not supplied by vodaphone but I was I had it on contract years ago and when it ended I’ve moved over to three. 
I been into shops they say ring customer service and then customer service say go into store. 
no one is helping me at all and I’m fed up of it
