Vodaphone Neo Smartwatch touch screen issues

My kid’s Neo watch touch screen is unresponsive. I can’t use the touch screen anymore so can’t control it. The other buttons work. Any ideas?

I am having exactly the same problem! Any tips? Is there a reset function for the watch that I could try?
