Apple Watch Ultra. Paying for mobile plan but won’t connect

Hi. Why won’t my AWU connect to my mobile service? I bought my AWU 2 months ago with a new IPhone 14 pro from Vfone with cellular plan for both. However no matter how many times I try and no matter what ‘fixes’ I try it still won’t connect. This is so frustrating given I  am paying for the cellular service and I deliberately bought the AWU as it was sold as able to fully function independently of the phone. Why can’t this be fixed as so many others have the same issues and if it can’t then I’ll just have to return it as it’s not capable of doing what it was advertised for.

Having same issues. Been on with tech support for hours and hours. So sick and tired of it. Looking at other networks now. 

Exact same issue. Spoken to countless “advisors” who mostly just go around in circles. 

I have unpaired, re-paired, added the EID (all several times) as well several so called fixes. The only thing I can think to do is cancel my one number subscription all together than take out a new one on my account screen?!

 

why oh why are Vodafone so terrible at this?! If anyone dare replies speak to our social media team 😂 I’ve spoken to every team going. 

SORT IT OUT or I’m returning and going with EE

 

 

Perhaps cancelling the existing OneNumber plan and taking out a new one is the answer.

I added a OneNumber plan to an existing SIM-only plan and added an Apple Watch Ultra that I’d bought directly from Apple. It was working within minutes.

Same. Been 8 weeks. I even bought another watch.
