Restoring iPhone

My iPhone 6s (renewal November 2019) is stuck on the Apple Logo loop.

I am trying to restore it on iTunes but I keep getting the message that I have low disc space.

I have purchased an external hard drive as my computer comes with minimal storage and still I am getting this message. I'm unsure now if it is to do with minimal disc space on my phone? However, there is no way to clear space as I can't get it to switch on from Apple Logo loop... help!!!

Hi @Ceilidhj21

These may help.

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

If you get stuck then try Apples Online Chat Service.

I wish you all the best with this situation.

Hello,

Hope you have already gotten your problem solved.

In the light of the pandemic, I guess you may try to force restart your iphone 6s firstly? You can press and hold the Power button and Home button together until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.

If you want to fix your iphone at home, you may try a professional ios system recovery tool to get your iphone normal.

If the following methods can not work well, I guess you may have resort to Apple Center.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
