Hi @Rosario

Do you mean “ unblock  ” as unlock to all networks so the iPhone accepts all Network Sim Cards including other country sim cards ?

If so …

All the information you need is in Unlocking-your-phone-NUC.

After you've read this to ensure you meet the criteria to unlock then fill out the unlock-code-request form.

An iPhone is not unlocked via inputting a Nuc {unlocking code} like other phone models are, but instead is unlocked remotely by Apple themselves and their Database.
So no actual Nuc is sent by Vodafone UK.
The Vodafone Network lets a person know by email it's unlocking has been requested to Apple after accepting your Nuc online unlock request. (Please Check Spam Inboxes too)

Please Note > The iPhone isn't actually usually unlocked to all networks at this stage when Vodafone email you.

What happens is Apple then process the Networks request and occasionally this can take Apple approximately from a few days upto a further 30+ days sometimes from Vodafone's email to complete an unlock request made by a Network.
To complete the process please periodically insert an active i.e. connects to mobile network data, alternative Networks Sim Card in the iPhone with hooking upto iTunes is only typically needed if its an iPhone 4 or older although it wouldn't harm to do so.
From the iPhone 5 onwards there's not normally the need to hook up to iTunes to complete the process.
When it's unlocked you should see a pop up message and the alternatives Networks name will show in the iPhone's status bar.

If you mean “ unblock ” as in the iPhone has been blocked via it's imei number then only the account holder can do this by contacting customer services on 191 or Live chat.

I am in Portugal bad have no access to the corporate account of Vodafone. Is there any way of unblocking the iPhone just with IMEI number?

If the iPhone is locked to Vodafone UK then you'll only be able to unlock it via using a Vodafone account the phone has been used with. i.e the sim card has been used in the iPhone for at least 30 days in the UK.

If that isn't the case that you have an account then you'll either need to send it to someone in the UK you know and they use it with a Vodafone UK sim card in it for at least 30 days making calls etc and then request it's unlock and then send it back to you once unlocked or have a look at any reputable online unlocking websites or Highstreet Stores that advertise they unlock that model of iPhone @Rosario

There isn't another route via Vodafone UK I'm afraid.
