I reported my device and sim as stolen immediately after getting robbed. I then requested for a replacement sim. Now it's time to active it, I am calling Vodafone customer support, and of course they are only available during business hours. I need to urgently remove the block from my phone. If I have logged in using my email and password and also used my pin to log in, why is there no feature to remove the block from my number online outside business hours?? I desperately need to activate my SIM card to be able to make urgent calls however, with this ridiculous process in place, I am so disappointed at the lack of advanced technology with the chatbot that gets all my questions incorrectly and is super useless. Vodafone uses off shore customer support team from many different countries but cannot get 24/7 support team. Ridiculous!

Hey @saligsinan You can activate your replacement SIM here. The support teams will then just need to remove any bars that have been placed on your service. You can drop a message to the Social Media Team and they will be able to remove any bars for you.
