Hi
I have wifi calling enabled at home and it works great. Interestingly it only ever shows me 0 or 1 bar for reception.
In my office (also a poor reception area) it shows me as having 4 or 5 bar reception but as soon as I make a call it drops to 0 or 1 and the call quality is terrible if it manages to connect.
I don’t understand why wifi calling works at home but not my office. Both are on virgin media - albeit my home speed is faster.
thanks for any help.

Thanks for the reply which got me thinking and I've actually just solved it! (After 4 months...)
My phone was connecting to the wifi extension router - as soon as I connected to the main router it worked as it does at home.

Hello @amshowman
"albeit my home speed is faster. " may hit the nail on the head.
Your Home Wi-Fi network sounds to be more stable.
