Can get email on WiFi but not 3/4G

Hi thereI have an iphone SE, I can use email on WiFi, but as soon as I am on 3G/4G, it fails with "Cannot Connect to Server for". It was working but without anything changing it's stopped.  Any ideas of things to try would be appreciated. Thanks
