Just wondering if anyone else has received the iPhone 15 Pro Max?
I ordered at 1:54pm on 15th September with delivery due on 22/09 between 8 - 6pm. I have had no update through email about wait times or if it has been dispatched. When I click on track order it says 1-2 weeks https://myaccount.vodafone.co.uk/orders/search
When I go into my account it says 3-4 weeks and when I got in touch through live chat they said 2-3 weeks. If you order now it's 4-5 weeks trough Vodafone and through Apple it's 8 weeks.
Does anyone actually have an idea what is going on? Surely they would have had an allocated amount when people were pre-ordering. Now everyone is just left in the dark.

Yeah it’s pretty frustrating as I had listed my current phone on eBay as expected delivery was on release day. I’m just not sure why they didn’t say originally it would be a few weeks like the Apple website. My tracking now says on back order for 6 days. I think it’ll be more like a month but I wish they would just say that.

In the exact same boat as you guys, however I got a text on the 22nd (launch day) saying it’ll be with me by 9th October latest, glad to see a Vodafone thread starting as I’ve been keeping up with the EE forum trying to figure out when we could expect things to progress. As for customer service, I get told different things every time which just makes it hard, however have been promised compensation and 100% will be taking it up a pre order is a pre order for a reason.

They also told me on several occasion's they are preparing compensation but wouldn’t go into specifics with me. I don’t have any expectations this will ever happen. I did receive the phone yesterday (collection from store) and I ordered 512gb natural pro max at around 9pm on 15 sep. it confuses me how anyone could order the 256gb natural pro max just after 1pm on 15Sep and still be waiting? Basically mislead loyal customers with false expectations and guess it’s an absolute disaster on their part as customers will never forget being strung along like this. The whole experience has been stressful and annoying. Speaking to Vodafone reps who at no fault of their own have no clear information and basically just saying anything to get a customer off the phone. The random confusing text messages I received regarding my order. Anyway lesson learned is that I will never preorder anything from Vodafone again. Will just buy direct from Apple next time.

its honestly an absolute shambles to be honest, my 15 pro (additional line) natural arrived on launch day just my natural 256 PM hasn't even arrived. will definitely order from apple next year.

Mine is just saying “Your items are on back-order for 6 days” but its been saying that every day!!!!!

Absolute joke isn’t it. People on the EE forums have been getting theirs. So god knows what Vodafone is playing at

latest update today another 10 days, absolute joke, ordered at 1:40, just 40 minutes after they opened pre order and I havent see anyone receive an order from Vodafone

I ordered my new iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Titanium at 13:30 on the 15th September.
Why am I receiving this message - which is a direct lie compared to your original apology telling me I’d get my phone before 9th October?

If you had been truthful when I called complaints on the 22nd, I might have cancelled my order, not I’m just stuck in a never ending loop of lies from your automated customer services.

Exactly same boat mate, complaints havent done a lot for me either, such a joke. I cant even find one vodafone customer saying they got the order, so what did they just receive nothing first week? Why sell the product then
