Hi 

Just wondering if anyone else has received the iPhone 15 Pro Max?

I ordered at 1:54pm on 15th September with delivery due on 22/09 between 8 - 6pm. I have had no update through email about wait times or if it has been dispatched. When I click on track order it says 1-2 weeks https://myaccount.vodafone.co.uk/orders/search

When I go into my account it says 3-4 weeks and when I got in touch through live chat they said 2-3 weeks. If you order now it's 4-5 weeks trough Vodafone and through Apple it's 8 weeks.  

Does anyone actually have an idea what is going on? Surely they would have had an allocated amount when people were pre-ordering. Now everyone is just left in the dark.

Marks messgae to make contact via contact by social channels, who then take ages to reply, give you no information at all and are really pointless?

As we're unable to discuss your account on a public forum such as our Community @territt we're unable to look into the delay with your order here. If you'd prefer not to speak to our dedicated social team, you can also speak to us by calling 191 from any Vodafone line, or by reaching out to our Live Chat team.

I really wouldn't bother with speaking to Vodafone uk on the social channels as they have been no help. They tell me that they have only ever given estimates of delivery dates which is untrue as I was told the 22nd and then that I would have delivery by 9the October. So it's a complete waste of time as they have no answers and no stock and they haven't got a  clue when they will have any phones

Appallingly bad customer service and could have been avoided if they had been honest up front 

 

mine just shipped and my order number was slighlty before yours so fingers crossed yours is coming soon

That’s excellent news Jordan, can I ask, did you get that 10 day message? 

yes was told 10 days yesterday but now have tracking and should arrive tomorrow

I also preordered my iPhone 15 pro max on the 15th and was not advised until the upgrade was completed that I would not receive my phone on the day of release. 
I was told it could be around 6th-9th October but now my account is saying another 10 day delay. My partner ordered same phone with Sky the day after me and received the phone on the 22nd. Vodafone are definitely falling behind with service and I’m tempted to leave and try another carrier in future. Very disappointed to have been mislead in the store

Vodafone have just charged my bank for the hefty £1100 deposit I put down, after they previously cancelled it on the 21st Sep - no communication from them though, which is irritating, you’d think they message to check I had the money in the account first?  Hopefully this means it’s being processed. But again no communication so I haven’t a clue!

Another day and again no phone. 

I’ve just had my text to say my phone is ready for collection.  So for anyone else looking, perhaps keep an eye on your bank, as soon as the deposit is taken you should get your phone the next day.

But again the communication has been woeful, why send a message saying it will be 10 days, and then it isn’t?  Don’t you know when it was being shipped from the depot to the store?
