Able to make and receive Whattsapp calls on wifi but not mobile data

Turned permissions on and off, VPN on and off, reinstalled, refreshed app installs and APNs... still can't make or receive a whatsapp call using mobile data. I can use all of the other features including sending and receiving media. Read stuff about User Datagram Protocol settings and port forwarding but no idea where to check those.


Anyone got any ideas?

Seems to be ok on my phone via Mobile Data but I do find a slight delay on an actual voice call.

Hi @83i3905! I'm also with Vodafone personally and have just tried to call through using mobile data on WhatsApp. It went through fine and there was no issue my side, so I'd recommend contacting WhatsApp directly here to see if there is anything there that could be stopping you from calling

Exactly the same thing is happening to me when I am using mobile data I also can't able to receive WhatsApp calls but I got solved my issue with clearing the app caches in apps setting and I think should also try this and I hope it will works for you too and if this doesn't work then you can also try this WhatsApp Plus to ensure that if you are encountering the same issue on this app then email to WhatsApp.
