Hi, I've got a Samsung Galaxy A90 5G and I can't seem to be able to install the Vodafone app, I can't even see it in the play store, when I try to get it from the website it says this app is incompatible with your device, any ideas how to fix this?

Who supplied the Samsung phone to you @Beetlejuicebj  ?

Can you download the phoneinfo app from the Playstore and see what the active csc is too.

In the interim try downloading it from this link my-vodafone-app.

I bought the phone from Samsung website directly, when I click on that link, it still takes me to the store which says its incompatible. I don't know which phone info app to install.

It didn't say UK it said Italy, damn it, its working now. I found the app and I'm downloading it. Thank you very much.

To add when you go into your Playstore settings does it say United Kingdom  ?
