I lost my phone /SIM and so now have a new SIM (from mobile) and using an old handset which is Vodafone but it says the Sim is invalid and won't accept the PIN. please help

(from mobile), is this new SIM also on Vodafone? If it is please drop us a message by following the instructions in this link, where we can take a look over your account.
If it is on another network, it sounds like the old phone may be locked to us, and you would need to get this unlocked to work. You can find out how to unlock your phone here.
