Using a Nexus 6 and have received the first part of the update.
This is apparently a precursor for the full Marshmallow operating system.

As I said on another thread, Google release the OTA updates in batches for Nexus devices to monitor issues so it's 'pot luck', but I've been receiving updates for this phone pretty quickly so will update this thread too with any news.

Iceberg using it on my Nexus 5 since launch day. Very impressed. Battery life has been given a nice boost as promised!

Updated my Nexus 6 to Marshmallow last night. Tried to use Sky Sports Mobile app this morning and it popped up a message saying 'incompatible with this device'. ##~##!!

Maybe the app is not compatible with Android 6 yet. As far as I am aware, the Nexus 9 is running without any problems ( I don't use Sky Sports Mobile app though).

Just checked mine and have the same problem.
I had the same issue a while back when my Nexus 4 kept updating to the newest version of Jellybean. Every time that happened Sky Sports had to be updated too.
IIRC Sky customer support kept telling me it was a 'carrier issue'.
Guess we'll have to wait for an update from Vodafone or some more info on this thread?

Sky are notoriously bad at updating their apps in time for a new OS release. I'm not sure how they have managed to develop it but every single time an update happens their app breaks. Everyone else's app just carry's on working so its something specific to sky. They shouldn't really have any excuse as the preview build has been available for months, they old have had an updated app ready for release day.
All you can do is wait for them to get round to releasing an update I'm afraid, try pestering them on Facebook and Twitter, might speed up the process
