I have been trying to sort out a problem with my sure signal for the last two weeks during which time I have had no use of my mobile at home. I have called Vodafone 5 times about this, had to hold for hours at a time to rectify this, been cut off, promised call backs from managers and nothing has worked. The customer service is appalling, it is as if they feel they can treat you as badly as the like, because you can never get through to speak to a manager and nobody will take responsibility for the problem!!!!

May I ask if you've tried the troubleshooting guides on the forum ? What kind of issue are you experiencing as it's possible one of the Vodafone Tech people maybe able to assist and guide you.
