Bill for closed account

I have just received a bill for an account that has been disconnected (and settled). What do I need to do for bills to be stopped?

 

Furthermore, there is a default recorded on my credit file. The date of the default is 01.07.2017 - I paid off the arrears on the account on 28.06.2017.

 

I asked for the default to be reversed and was told this would happen but today I just received a bill for this account.

 

I have had numerous conversations about this account and would like this sorted asap as I am no longer even with Vodafone. I got in touch via the chat function today to be told that my bill has been outstanding since February. The last conversations I have had, I've been told that the account is settled and disconnected.

 

This is so frustrating!

 

Could someone please get in touch with me so I can get a line drawn under this once and for all?
