Hi there, please can you advise any steps I can take to resolve this issue. 3 iPhones in family all registered with Sure Signal and working. My BlackBerry bold just says SOS no matter what I do. I've followed troubleshooting guide, de registered and re registered the number (a Vodafone number), to no avail. I've also done several hard resets on the BlackBerry.

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi James, thank you for your note. I have now resolved my BlackBerry and Sure Signal issue with some great help from the 191 customer services team, who I had cause to call for another matter. It was simply a case of updating the sim on the network by selecting another network and then switching back manually to Vodafone 3G. This worked a treat and now have 5 bar 3G coverage- brilliant!
