Hi

I need to reset the password associated with my Blackberry ID but I have forgotten the answer to the security question. What can you do to help me?

Hi Rachel-  that's a bummer really. Vodafone don't effect any control over the BB ID, but apart from using the contact feature at the bottom of the BBID page - you can tweet@blackberryhelp, and attain further advice from Blackberry direct.
