Business Broadband Static IP Address not received

Very dissapointed with Vodafone Business Service.

I have ordered Broadband with Static IP address which should be applied at service activation, over week ago but received dynamic one. I have contacted CS few times since and been repeatedly told to wait another 24 hours for Static IP. Just contacted them again and been told there are some system problems and it might take a week or more but they cannot guarantee any date. Is Vodafone willing to extend 30days cooling off period or expect me to stay in contract without services I'm paying for?

 

VF seems like waste of time. Also had some technical questions and none of CS could understand, all seem like script readers.  I'm about to look for other ISP now.
