I do not understand why I can not access the vodafone website using my BT home hub but can using my vodafone prepay dongle?
I mean it can not be my computer that is at fault or the Internet connection I am receiving because if that was the case then I could not access any website at all regardless of whether I was using my BT home hub or my vodafone prepay dongle or anything else that I could use to connect to the Internet but this is just not the case as the only problem I am receiving is from www.vodafone.co.uk although like I said before I can still access this from my vodafone dongle but only the dongle and since I used to be able to access the website two or three weeks ago from my BT home Hub why I can not do it now is a real puzzel to me that I hope anyone who reads this can answer?

you have serious issues with your systems, i need assistance from the UK, the service to resolve my online problems and access to 191 is dire!!!!

Vodafone - I have not been able to access my online account for months, also 191 does not allow me to access help and tells me to ring back tomorrow for 8 weeks now!
i am a completly frustrated customer who has been completely disconnected from the web site and any UK based help!!!!!
there appears no way to resolve my issues!!

I have been told everything you mention and more and more! tonight the fault for not being able to register for 'my vodafone' was due to my browser, its to do with migration, its to do with everything other than VODAFONE. if i speak to another indian call centre i will go mad!!
they have serious issues at the moment and in the meantime i am left to hang!!

Hi,
apparently i am the only one in the world who is getting the few tweaks message, then vodafone asked me to re register, this is even worse as the site will not even recognise my number
VODAFONE has serious issues right now, it is going to lose my business shortly as i have been having these issues for nearly 3 months!!!!

Yes getting the same, had it for weeks, 3 hours on phone tonight, still no answer. they tried to tell me it was my IE11 explorer browser!!!! its not you, your not going mad its VODAFONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

same here, its not you, they have serious problems, try 191, that doesnt even recognise me anymore!!!

Same here, i thought i had written your post till i got to the overcharge bit, same story with me, complete mess all round, migration gone wrong, cannot access 191 or web site or anyone in the UK!!!!! i can call india and go around in circles for hours!!!!

They have been in this mess for months and months, i run 5 phones and cannot access the site for any of them, no access to my 2 x sure signals and dial 191 and it deosnt recognise my number!!!!!
Vodafone is at an alltime low low low - poor poor service
