To the eForum Tech Team or anyone else who can help
I do not understand why I can not access the vodafone website using my BT home hub but can using my vodafone prepay dongle?
I mean it can not be my computer that is at fault or the Internet connection I am receiving because if that was the case then I could not access any website at all regardless of whether I was using my BT home hub or my vodafone prepay dongle or anything else that I could use to connect to the Internet but this is just not the case as the only problem I am receiving is from www.vodafone.co.uk although like I said before I can still access this from my vodafone dongle but only the dongle and since I used to be able to access the website two or three weeks ago from my BT home Hub why I can not do it now is a real puzzel to me that I hope anyone who reads this can answer?

I have now been locked out of my web account for months, after hours upon hours of discusion my online account was reset and i was asked to re register. this has proved impossible as the web site tells me i cannot register at present please try later.
when i dial 191 my number inititates a recording that unless i want to port or have lost my phone they cannot help and call back tomorrow - this message has been live for three months.
the systems dont recognise my number half the time as i am on the old Crystal platform?
what are Vodafone doing, why is there no help for valued customers?

@sjbenton - please stop spamming the boards. If you are unfamiliar with the T&Cs of the forum, it would be a good idea that you read them before posting any further.
You will need to contact 191 or LiveChat for any assistance with your query - there is no access to your account on this forum

I have spent hours on Live Chat and calling 191, maybe your should send my posts by email to a vodfone team, you have my email address, contact me for details.
Everything i am saying is true and legally correct, you have not provided the service your are contracted to and i cannot access the online services or dial 191 as who i am.
stop making veiled threats about T&C's and get some one to contact me.

Stop spamming the boards and I won't have to keep referring you to the T&Cs you agreed to in relation to posting on this forum.
You are missing the point. No one on this forum can help you!
As said previously:
This is a customer to customer support forum and if you need any account specific help (which you do), you need to contact Vodafone directly using one of the methods found in the contact us link at the bottom of each page. IF you are having issues calling 191, you can also call 03333 040 191 from any UK phone. Ignore the voiceprompts and you will get through.
For the sake of further clarity, the support on the is forum is now provided by customers and not by Vodafone staff. The only way to get help is through LiveChat or 191.

No way through, already been on hold for over 35 minutes (entering a freinds number), live chat on main site saying unavailable.

@sjbenton Are you using a computer to access Live Chat as at 10.42 am there was only a wait of 2 minutes for an adviser?
Live Chat will not work from a mobile device.
