@kiki725 Looking into your area, your local serving sites are performing correctly. This issue would appear to be due to general coverage rather than a network fault.
You should be able to get 2G coverage, however this is limited to outdoors only and can be reflected on our network coverage checker.
For support with indoor coverage, you can check if you're eligible for Wi-Fi Calling or look into one of our Sure Signal devices.

So, are you unwilling or unable to provide me with a solution that won't cost me additional costs? I have no intention of spending £70 on a solution to the problem, esp when you factor in that my partner and I are spending £50 a month between us on vodafone contracts.
The simplest solution for me at this point is to leave your network and change to a company who can provide me with signal - which appears to be every other network - unless you can provide me with a satisfactory alternative.

I haven't had a signal anywhere at home for three weeks. I bought a galaxy A3 from vodaphone and it worked well until they upgraded the mast. My partner has the same phone and his signal is down too. I've called customer services many times and have spent hours trying to get someone to actually DO something. When I call back I have to go through the same story again and again. I manage to occasionally receive text messages but no voice calls at all. So the service team have sent me countless texts informing me they are going to call me. I DON'T HAVE A PHONE SIGNAL. So how am I meant to receive there calls? what a useless bunch.
