CONTRACT!!!!

I have a question....last month i received a post telling me that if i dont pay a minimum of 160£ vodafone will go to a recovery agency, I payed 200 and now I am contacted from that agency regarding payments. What should i do....pay or [removed by moderator]? They have problems with taking payments since i started...thats tyhe main reason for not paying in the first place... [removed by moderator]

A manual payment can occasionally take a short while to update onto Vodafone systems @celmar02 so may have not been showing when the other information was sent. 

 

I would suggest....

  1. Call 191 and ask them to check your account status. Live Chat can help too. 
  2. Set up a Direct Debit if you are able to so payments are made on time. 
  3. Check your Credit File via http://www.experian.co.uk to see if any defaults have been placed which will last 6 years if warranted. 
  4. Advise the Debt Collection Agency you've paid Vodafone.
