Hi.

Sure signal menu option for some reason doesn't give me an option to add another user?

Please advise how to do this.

New phone is iPhone number: (Removed for Security)

Sure Signal S/N: 40111108904

(Have an iPhone and an HTC Sense working fine through the SUre Signal - just want to add the above new phone.)

Thanks...

Hi disastermike,

Manage users should appear under the SureSignal it'self

It should but it doesn't! The only option online is that which I attached at the top of this posting!  The menu you list is nowhere online.

Does the menu not appear when you are selet My Sure signal (either from menu as you show or from the button in the main MyAccount screen)

SS management screen where the manage users option is.

As I said - the menu option you refer to does not exist in my online screens !!!!

This is what comes up - the option to MANAGE USERS is not prompted !!!

It would appear you are not registered as Owner of the suresignal.

Was the SureSignal registered under your account?

Yes I did.

It worked fine for the two mobiles already in the system, then the option to add more simply disappeared so I can't add the latest mobile.

So, the only thing I can try I guess is to de-register the SS and go through the whole process again, but looking through what others are saying about the problems experienced doing this, I am nervous to do so as it seems that this may not reinstate without creating more problems.

Thanks for your quick responses anyway.

Regards ...

As Nabs has already said, the account that you are using to log-in is clearly not recognised as the owner of your SS ... so you wouldn't be able to de-register it either even if you wanted to.

Is it possible that you have more than one account id and actually registered the SS under another?

Otherwise it looks as though 'something has gone wrong' and you'll need help from the VF mods to sort things out.
