Hi.
Sure signal menu option for some reason doesn't give me an option to add another user?
Please advise how to do this.
New phone is iPhone number: (Removed for Security)
Sure Signal S/N: 40111108904
(Have an iPhone and an HTC Sense working fine through the SUre Signal - just want to add the above new phone.)

Still no VSS connection for the Blackberry Curve 9320 recently added - can someone please give me an answer as to why this has happened. I will be returning the phone if this isn't resolved soon as my husband depends on the phone for work.

Hi there
I don't seem to have the same problem as people above, however I am trying to add a new user to my SS box, which I have managed to do before, but everytime I get to confirm the new user details I get an error message -
Error invoking portlet "VAPGatewayController"
followed by loads of lines of codes and messages!
Please can you advise how to overcome this??

Could someone from the tech team please contact me to look into why i cant add a new user to my sure signal i keep getting the same error message over and over and this has dragged on for months now.

I have even tried several new payg numbers and two different web browsers but no luck.
I did try live help at one point and they did not even understand the problem corectly and just gave me the standard instructions of how to add a new user which was uterley pointless.

i used the live chat as you suggested and it doesnt work i spent 27 minutes on chat to find out 24 hours later it dont work! my log is here,
