Can't add new user to SUre SIgnal

Hi.

Sure signal menu option for some reason doesn't give me an option to add another user?

 

Please advise how to do this.

New phone is iPhone number: (Removed for Security)

Sure Signal S/N: 40111108904

 

(Have an iPhone and an HTC Sense working fine through the SUre Signal - just want to add the above new phone.)

Manage users should appear under the SureSignal it'self

Hi willc01,

You were given the wrong link for live chat.

This will take you there ..... just follow the flow and you will find Live chat at the bottom of the page.

They do get busy, so you may have to wait on the page until you get a response.

Hi Mike, you misunderstand, ive already done live chat, i spent 27 minute's on it yesterday.  To be told they will add a user manually and it will take up to 24 hours, I have the transcript!!

 

Checked the account today, the user isnt added and the phone has still has no network signal.

I guess the only thing you can now do is wait for further advice from the Tech team.

Are there any mods on here that can help, ive tried speaking on the phone, ive tried live chaT, email and today i went in to a shop.  IT SEEMS LIKE NO ONE WANTS TO HELP ME, PLEASE HELP.
