Can't add new user to Sure SIgnal

I have a Sure Signal box which I have registered some while ago.  I do now want to add another user, but do not get the ability to manage users within My Sure Signal, only the option to remove.  The serial no is 40113816264.

What can I do to add extra users?

I have looked at your suggestion.  I am still getting the problem that it is registered but has no options for adding extra users, only the option to Remove me.
