Can't make or receive calls

I recently changed my phone from pay as you go to pay monthly, I had to get a new sim which is frustrating but ok. It then took Vodafone 7 days to transfer my number across and required me to visit 2 different stores to get this done. After a day I realised I can't receive any calls or texts and also cannot send texts, I was told his is a porting issue and will be sorted. It has now been 2 weeks and countless phone calls and live chats with customer services who continue to lie to me that it has been escalated already, I know it's a lie as every person says they have just done it...can't all have just done it! Only 1 team member has ever called me back and even he repeated the same old rubbish that they all did and when I said it doesn't work he just apologised and said it again. I have been with Vodafone in one way or another for over 8 years and will soon be leaving if this is not sorted! It is my work phone and I do not know how much business I may be losing from not receiving calls.

Hi,

It's disappointing to that what should have been a seamless process has escalated to this situation.

Things can sometimes go wrong which I'm sure many accept, but then it's ultimately down to how it's put right that then counts ,and instills confidence back into the product and service. Communication is Key.

Please let the Vodafone Customer Care Team here catch up with your thread and I'm sure they'll engage with you to assist.

I hope this is resolved asap for you.
