Can't re register Suresignal V3

Purchased a new V3 Suresignal some months ago and had problems connecting. Suspected that as I had had a V1 SS at this address before that I would need to transfer ownership to another account (also mine) and then transfer back.

Now I think that the SS is in limbo between the 2 accounts and I can't register it from either! HELP Please!

The reg # is 42152290997 and the 2 accounts in question are ##~## and ##~##

Can you help please? The error I get when I try to regsiter from ##~##.

500, 1013 - [2g2]

I have a solid red light and the first 2 white lights are solid on, and the last comes on from time to time and then goes out again.

@rhine I've had a look at the serial number you've given and can see your Sure Signal made a connection late in the evening last night (25 August 2016). 

 

Please can you let us know if you're still having trouble?

Thanks for the reply. Confused though, as though have seen all 3 white lights on for some short time, the right most white light is off most of the time (is off now) and my iphone6 is showing 'no service'. Also can't see this suresignal under either the rhi** of the r5w** vodafone accounts. Under which account should I see the SS?
