I have tried to make official compaint about terrible peak time speeds but the online email complaints service keeps coming back with error as I haven't entered valid vodafone mobile number. Even when I phoned they say they only deal with mobile complaints! I DON'T HAVE A VODAFONE MOBILE, THAT IS WHY I SELECTED HOME BROADBAND FROM DROP DOWN MENU !

Hi @Stigmeister
The Team here might be able to help with your problems.
Is it this form.you have been using Complaints.
If the email part won't work then either puck up a Vodafone Payg SIM Card and use that or put pen to paper and wrote to Vodafone via the address given on the above link.
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

Hi @Stigmeister
There has been a previous thread on the forum regarding slow peak time speeds. If you refer to the thread below there is a suggestion from one of the forum Team on how to change the WiFi channel and some other suggestions from forum members.

I hope it helps but you should get a reply from a member of the forum Team.

I am on a wired connection and the peak time problems are caused by vodafone throttling. An advisor I spoke to today said: " they say they don't do it but they do. "

Yes I have noticed that too,
Even if you choose complain for broadband you have to fill in vodafone phone filed on provided form, otherwise it will reject it and delete everything you put in ( just to add to frustration I guess lol)
It doesnt actually check if provided phone is from Vodafone as I put my not VF mobile in both phone fields and it registered my complain succesfully.
Saying that it was few days ago and haven't heard from them since at all.
Anyway.. Now I'm just hoping that my transfer to different ISP will go smoth and without any extra charges (only few days left from my 30day cooling period) so I can stop wasting my time on support calls

You can ring Vodafone about broadband issues using 08080034515 from a landline if you wish. Just select the correct option. I have certainly managed.
