Can you resync my sure signal please

Could you resync my sure signal for me I have changed phones not numbers but my new phone won't connect to it all other numbers registered work perfectly

If you've changed the SIM as well as your handset, a resync isn't necessary.

You'll need to remove your number from the Sure Signal and reset it as shown below:

• Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
• Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
• Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
• Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.

Once this has been done, add your number back on and restart your phone when you're in range of the Sure Signal.
