If you've changed the SIM as well as your handset, a resync isn't necessary.
You'll need to remove your number from the Sure Signal and reset it as shown below:
The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
Once this has been done, add your number back on and restart your phone when you're in range of the Sure Signal.
