How much am i going to be ROBBED of to cancel THIS RUBBISH contract? as the network is RUBBISH and i really dont know what im paying for?? (as my dial up internet in 2003 was better than this Garbage Vodaphone is offering)..

i have already been robbed of £137 for apparently using my internet (when the web pages was not even loading) and since the 16/12/14 they satated the refund would be put back into my account AS THE INCOMPETENT STAFF AT VODADPHONE MESSED UP..

So please tell me how much i have to pay  to cancel this crap as im stuck with this RUBBISH contract until June 2015

Hi there

If you are wanting to end your contract early, you need to pay the Early Termination Fee. This is the number of months of line rental remaining, without VAT, and less a 2% rebate.  If you would like an exact price, call customer services on 191.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply..

However its not a case of me "wanting" its more of a NEED to break away from this rubbish network, as this by far is the worse network i chose to come to and i'm still bound to pay the full month for half a service, which is ridiculous.

Vodafone dont care about their customer (i have had my t-mobile contract for 10 years now and although i have had my share of problems - this 1 month of problems with vodaphone far outweighs the 10 years of occassional problems i received from t-mobile)

Okay i will contact customers sevices directly, although im sick and tired of contacting them, as everytime i speak to someone im told different things and its as though they never update the systems (i just hope im fortunate enough to speak to one of the very few competent staff vodafone may have)

kind regards
